I’m a freelance product design consultant and creative director. In addition to my 12+ years of experience in UX and web design, I can operate a typewriter, espresso machine, and power tools with moderate proficiency.

Serious: I have a BSJ from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism with a double major in Art Theory & Practice. I've studied Art Practice at Goldsmiths, University of London and front-end web development at The Starter League (now Fullstack Academy Chicago).

Not so serious: I live in Logan Square with a toothless black cat named Temperance. My great passions in life (other than design) are soft pretzels, loud sweaters, the beach, and yelling about hockey. Her great passion in life is trying to bite me. My favorite emoji is 😎
